We complete with final element using an intensifying cleaning procedure , involving high quality fogging equipment.
This service allows the antimicrobial sanitise solution to disinfect the entire building, including cracks, crevices and pores that can not be physically cleaned during a standard or deep clean.

Our average price starts from €30 per hour per cleaner. Cost of your deep clean will vary depending on a number of factors:
-Number of team members required
Depending on the property cleaning requirements more than one member may be required- we will advise you on this during site survey with specialist. A deep clean may require extra staff or equipment based on level of cleanliness and size of the property.
-Property size
As properties vary we will advise during site survey. Larger properties will require larger manpower to ensure a deep clean.
-Location
Our headquarters are currently based in Munster though we are happy to facilitate clients Nationwide by arranging a site survey with our cleaning specialists to your location, operational cost may then vary. Our clean team specialist will contact and advise on any further information required.
-Potential hazards
Sanitise Ireland will assess any potential risks or hazards posed within the property during our site survey. We will detail any issues and address controls with our internal Risk / Method statements. We are well equipped to deal with any client concerns about potential hazards.
-Pets
Our adorable friends give so much joy though can add to our cleaning routines and leave dirt trails throughout our properties. Again this can add to the deep clean cost and process as steam cleaning / carpet cleaning will be required.
-Cleaning standard necessary
Depending on above factors, your property deep clean will be preceded by a site survey with one of our clean specialists who will go through a detailed checklist with client to incorporate all aspects of the deep clean we will carry out.
